The hotel offers spacious rooms that are a bit dated but large enough for three adults and face a quieter side. Although there is no exercise room, the value for money is fair. The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to welcome guests, making it one of the best experiences worldwide. The location is in a good localization, attractive, and quiet, even though it's a bit further from Shin-Kobe station. The dining experience is outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet, but pricey. The facilities are well-maintained and offer various services.
